The role of employees is vital for service businesses. Therefore, maintaining employee satisfaction plays a significant role in the performance of service companies. The topic shows a comprehensive picture of the level of job satisfaction of officers and employees working in the commercial banking system in Ho Chi Minh City through 09 aspects of satisfaction. This research aims to examine the acceptance of regional financial information systems in government using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and evidence of its influence on the performance. The study found 556 respondents who are civil servants in Lampung Province. The finding using SEM analysis shows that all constructs have an effect in conformity with the concept of TAM in a government institution. This study reveals that all variables which include the model of TAM theory have a positive impact on the user's performance.

The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant.
