In this study, the B/ZnO materials were simply synthesized via a Sol-gel method. The photocatalytic ability of materials was evaluated by degrading tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH). The characteristics of the ZnO and 3B/ZnO materials were analyzed and evaluated by the Diffuse Reflectance UltravioletVisible (DR/UV-Vis), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) techniques.

Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) have been used as an anticancer drug delivery system with high safety and entrapment capacity thanks to their large internal space for drug accommodation, durable structure, and good biocompatibility. However, the treatment efficiency of the bare MSNs is limited due to its drug leakage and burst release. In this study, a phospholipid bilayer was covered on the MSNs surface (MSN@Lip) as a liposomal cap that not only reduced drug leakage but also improved the stability of the colloidal system.

The Sn3O4/g-C3N4 composites were produced by an annealing mixture of g-C3N4 and Sn3O4, which were prepared by calcining urea and hydrothermally treating of SnCl2 solution, respectively. A green sol-gel method was employed to synthesize TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) using titanium metal. Highly crosslinked, inorganic-organic hybrid and intrinsically fluorescent polyphosphazene nanospheres bearing hydroxyl groups on the surface are facilely generated via a one-pot polycondensation of octachlorocyclotetraphosphazene, fluorescein and quercetin. Zirconium-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate metal-organic framework (Zr-NDC MOF) was prepared using ultrasound-assisted synthesis and tested for the adsorptive removal of crystal violet (CV) dye from aqueous solution. Infrared light interacts with chemical bonds present inside the milk, which means that Fourier transform infrared milk spectra are a reflection of the chemical composition of milk. This decrease in induction time was due to decrease in the surface area of nanoparticles present within the microgels with an increase in the feed contents of acrylic acid. The decrease in the value of apparent rate constant was due to an increase in the size of nanoparticles fabricated within the microgels with an increase in mol percentage of acrylic acid. The linear relation between apparent rate constant and feed contents of acrylic acid can be used for quantitative analysis of contents of acrylic acid present in polymer microgels.

Syntheses and detailed spectroscopic characterizations of two similar conjugated microporous polymers formed by A4 + B2 and A2 + B3 type functional monomers via Sonogashira–Hagihara polycondensation are presented in this report. The two porous polymeric networks possess mono-, di-, and tri- (1-, 1,4-, and 1,3,5-, respectively) substituted benzene rings and fused thiophenic moieties (dithienothiophenes). Because of the different conjugation patterns, their solid state nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared, and ultraviolet/visible light absorption analyses indicated significant differences.

Fe2O3 -V2O5 mixed oxides were synthesized with solid-state dispersion (SSD) and coprecipitation methods. In addition, transition metal oxides such as CuO, NiO, and Co3O4 were successfully loaded on the synthesized catalyst (Fe2O3 -V2O5) using the SSD method.
