In theory, the integration of Kano Model and SERVQUAL into Quality Function Deployment is to remove the assumption of linear and to offer innovative input. Kano Model characterizes attributes for product or services based on the level of customer satisfaction towards the attributes. The aim of the present research is to gain insights into how SCM practices create value to the firm, which in turn enhance accountability of the GLCs towards its ultimate stakeholders. A single case study approach was used whereby key research issues were mainly addressed through semi-structured interviews, observations and document reviews. Findings revealed that, consistent with the financial and social obligations of the GLC to its stakeholders, the firm was able to create value through supplier involvement, strategic supplier relationship and supplier development practices.

The paper deals with the task of assessing the financial condition of enterprises. To solve it, we prove the necessity of building a neural network model for supply chain. A set of financial ratios is defined as the input parameters of the model: the current liquidity ratio of the enterprise, the equity ratio, the equity turnover ratio, and the return on equity ratio. The output parameters were the types of the financial condition of enterprises: an unstable state (regression), a normal state (stable) and an absolutely stable state (progression).

The article evaluates the effectiveness of measures of supply chain management and national fiscal policies aimed at stimulating oil production in several countries (the USA, Canada, Brazil, Norway and Russia). Calculations were carried out with the ε-KAM mathematical model using the data for the period from 2010 to 2016. The model includes the following: the input indicators are budget transfers and tax benefits for oil producers, and the output indicators are the average annual volumes of oil production.

This research, anchored on the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) framework, delved at describing the slipper industry in the so-called footwear capital of the North in Nueva Ecija, Philippines, the “Gapan City”. It utilized a descriptive research design and involved 46 slipper manufacturers as respondents. The researchers particularly focused on the industry's business operation in terms of inputs provision, production, marketing, cost and return analysis, prospects, problems and constraints of the slipper industry.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate, compare and rank the overall efficiency based on the annual reports of companies in Malaysia stock market by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The analysis is carried out on 15 government-linked companies (GLCs) where cross-sectional data between periods of 2013 to 2017 were evaluated. Three efficiency input were considered including return on assets, return on equity and tobin’s q where the outcome or outputs were profitability.

Employing an interpretive research design with post-positivist paradigm, it was conducted in Kebon Agung Sugar Factory, Malang. The research informants were selected using snowballing technique. The informants include farmers and chairmen of farmers groups, plantation staff, company employees, and government agencies. To maintain the continuity and loyalty of sugarcane farmers to the company, the sugar factories provide various facilities, such as credit, inputs, guidance and counseling as well as technological assistance, and market guarantees for the products produced.

Key design parameters and operating conditions of the seawater RO plant are considered, selected, and inputted into the software. The performance indexes of the RO plant when operating under the design parameters and conditions are obtained and analyzed.
