In this paper, we consider and improve the global progressing algorithm by using the cache storage technique to make the best of the previous alignment results. This algorithm and cache technique were been developed on the distributed system and Grid computing environment in order to decrease the algorithms execution time, as well as increase the quantity and size of input sequences.

To reduce the resource usage while implementing in field programmable gate array (FPGA), a sequential execution using finite state machine (FSM) is applied. Thirdly, based on electronic design automation (EDA) simulator link, a simulation work is constructed by MATLAB/Simulink and ModelSim co-simulation mode which the PMSM, inverter and speed command are performed in Simulink as well as the speed controller of PMSM drives is executed in ModelSim.

This study investigates the hemodynamics of aortic heart valves under normal conditions as well as two severe diseases, which would be fundamentals for an assessment of mechanical behaviors of polyurethane (PU) prosthetic heart valves. Analysis results highlight that leaflet opening situation and valve geometry affect the shear stress distribution and vortex flow regime.

Analysis results highlight that the shear stress distribution and vortex flow regime are serious affected by the leaflet opening situation and valve geometry. Maximum shear stress takes place near the center of leaflet trailing edge and near the aortic root where jet impingement takes place. The analysis results can be used to specify the requirements of crucial criteria of prosthesis aortic valve and to optimize the prosthesis aortic design.

The PMSM, inverter and speed command are performed in Simulink and the sensorless speed control IP of PMSM drive is executed in ModelSim. Finally, the co-simulation results validate the effectiveness of the sensorless PMSM speed control system.

The results indicated that the removal rate will increase with higher rotation speed and increasing loading pressure. Besides, higher polishing temperature will cause the higher removal rate and higher surface roughness and the slurry with 3wt% hydrogen peroxide has the highest removal rate for copper CMP process.

Then, we estimate the regression model, GARCH, GARCH in mean, EGARCH, EGARCH in Mean and GJR-GARCH and put them into the comparison to find the best fit model to forecast Vietnam’s stock index. Using the mean square error (MSE), Mean absolute error (MAE) and Root mean square error (RMSE) criterion to evaluate and compare models, we choose Regression-EGRCH(1,1,1)-M which has the superior forecast ability.
