This article is the results of the survey conducted based on the scale “The feeling of happiness at work” with 18 items to measure the happiness of employees. The aim of this research is to clarify the current status of teachers‟ perception of happiness during the implementation period of the 2018 General Education Program; hence, the research duration is calculated from the initial phase of implementing this program.

The present study aims to explore the influences of employees’ perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on their satisfaction in different sectors. The results of the literature review show that there are three components in employees’ perceptions of CSR, including Philanthropic CSR, Ethical CSR, and Environmental CSR; and it is impacted by Perceived CSR capability, Ethical program, and Perceived fit between corporate culture and CSR activities.

One-in-three CEOs of Chinese manufacturing firms are engineers. Firms led by CEOs with professional certifications in engineering, are associated with greater innovation quality, indicating that on-the-job training in engineering produces human capital which fosters innovation. In addition, firms with Engineer CEOs don’t spend more on R&D comparing to others, which argues against the “functionally biased perception theory”. The result is more pronounced when CEOs have senior-level professional certifications in engineering.

The present study, conducted with randomly selected 60 field veterinarians of Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh states reveals that, majority of the respondents were men, having masters’ degree, and medium length of service. Majority of the field veterinaries covers a significant area of jurisdiction amounting to 25 sq.km serving the veterinary needs of the farmers by working on and off the office campus. A significant proportion amongst the respondents perceived their workload at field, as heavy. All of them had training exposure, medium level of job satisfaction and stress.
