The main objective of this research paper was to analyse the factors influencing the implementation of IFRS in manufacturing Vietnamese enterprises. This was achieved through the utilization of descriptive statistical tools and logistic regression analysis based on a sample of 59 manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam from 2017 to 2021. The research methodology employed a mixed approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods.

This article is to show how risk can be managed in the transport business according to the ISO 31000:2018 risk management model. The method used in the research article is comparison, evaluation and application. Risk management as well as handling of each crisis situation has its own and unique nature, associated with different circumstances, implemented in different conditions and associated with different event contexts. The resolution of each crisis situation requires practical experience and special expertise in different fields.

The research investigates the demand on education in the field of logistics management among the high school and vocational students at North Eastern of Thailand. The research explores the needs for labor market in logistics between the private enterprises and government agencies. The surveys were conducted among 830 respondents which include students, entrepreneurs, public and private enterprises through in-depth interviews and brainstorming sessions. Competitiveness of enterprises can maintain and improve competitive advantage in consuming products or services. Besides, enterprises expanded their consumption network through surveying experiences in the logistics service sector. Therefore, the authors surveyed 30 logistics service enterprises with 500 customers. The results showed five factors that affected the competitiveness of logistics service enterprises of Dong Nai Province with 1% significance. Finally, the article draws some recommendations to help enterprises improve the competitiveness of logistics services.

This study aims to determine the factors affecting customer satisfaction with logistics enterprises’ logistics services in Vietnam. Data collected through survey questionnaires sent to customers who are currently using the services of businesses. Research has shown eight factors affecting customer satisfaction, including tangible factors, reliability, guarantee, empathy, responsiveness, perceived price, customer relationship service, and relationship quality-these eight factors measured through 35 observed variables.

The research "Success of enterprise resource planning implementation on sustainable performance of logistics business in Thailand" aims to investigate the influences of the enterprise resource planning implementation on logistics management efficiency and its impact on the sustainable performance of logistics business in Thailand. The data were collected by sampling methodology. There were 520 samples selected from the registered companies conducting business as an entrepreneur of transportation business including both transporting freight and passengers as of the first quarter of 2019.
