This research used stratified sampling method to approach the respondents and applied SEM-PLS software to analyze the collected data. It found that these strategies have positive impact on the performance of the company through surveying 110 respondents at the headquarters of Viettel. Based on the research results, several recommendations and conclusions have been drawn to help Viettel improve the performance of the company.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the performance of companies in the slaughterhouse industry in health and safety issues. The research method is quantitative modeling. The main research technique uses a mixed method based on multi-attribute utility method (MAUT) and artificial neural networks (ANN).
