Managing risk of construction projects

This study focuses on identifying common mistakes and researching solutions to improve the quality of survey and design work for construction investment projects at Binh Duong Construction Inspection Consulting Co., Ltd. The results of this study not only support both the company and investors in minimizing risks and costs for construction projects but also contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry generally.

The selected research designs for this thesis are cross-sectional and case study and as mentioned above Iran has been chosen as the case study of this thesis. Secondary data and contextual data are used for this thesis and are discussed comprehensively in Chapter 2 (Literature Review) and 3 (Methodology). The research strategy is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative strategies leading to selection of suitable methods for collecting the primary data.

The dissertation proposes solutions to improve the risk management in technical infrastructure construction and investment projects of PPP method, which contributing to attract this form of investment for the development of technical infrastructure in Da Nang city.
