Measure of fuzziness

In relational and object-oriented database systems, fuzzy or uncertain data will always be naturally present. However, these systems have many limitations for handling complex data types of fuzzy nature. Therefore, to represent and process fuzzy data, they need a flexible and efficient fuzzy query system. To solve this challenge, this paper proposes two different approaches to increase the flexibility of the fuzzy interrogation system.

In this paper, we use the variable precision method on approximate operators of the FRS model to expand measures to effectively evaluate attributes on noisy datasets. The main contributions of this paper include: Proposing new approximation operations to extend VPFRS to VPOFRS; proposing some measures based on VPOFRS to evaluate the consistency degree of the decision table and the dependence degree of the attribute.

The paper introduces fuzzy compensation control algorithm based on fuzzy logic to control the rotation speed in CБШ-250T drilling machine. The proposed solution uses an artificial neural network instead of a vibration measuring sensor to identify the amplitude and vibration frequency on a rotary drill. In this paper, we introduce a hedge-algebras-based methodology in vibration control of structural systems to design fuzzy controllers, referred to as hedge-algebras-based controllers (HACs). In this methodology, vague linguistic terms are not expressed by fuzzy sets, but by inherent order relationships between vague terms existing in a term-domain. Semantically quantifying mappings (SQMs), which preserve semantics-based order relationships in termdomains, are defined in a close relationship with the fuzziness measure and the fuzziness intervals of vague terms.

Consolidity also reveals the secrecy of why strong stable and highly controllable systems are not invulnerable of falling and collapsing.
