  • This study explores factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions among Vietnamese students, drawing from The Entrepreneurial Event Model (Shapero & Shokol, 1982) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991). Data from 144 Hanoi students were collected through offline and online methods and analyzed using SPSS 20. The analysis reveals that Entrepreneurial Desire, Confidence, and Gender are the primary influencers of entrepreneurial intent.

The role of the mediation of satisfaction is vestigated. A quantitative approach was utilized to gather data via online surveys to bolster the suggested model.   • This paper empirically examines Fintech’s impact on bank profitability, employing various estimation methods, including Pooled Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), Random Effect Model (REM), and Fixed Effect Model (FEM), along with tests for multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Data from seventeen publicly listed commercial banks in Vietnam from 2017 to 2021 are analyzed. Findings indicate that specific Fintech indicators, such as technology application adoption and online banking services, positively influence commercial bank profitability.
