Methods of the study

This research is aimed to find out the mistakes students at Asian High School (AHS) usually have while they have a Listening test. Since their faults happen quite a lot when they build an academic essay, this research also gives students best methods to improve their listening skills. Because of serious misunderstanding between vocabularies, grammars and styles of person speaking and the accent, this research points out types of person speaking, accent, and style which are demonstrated in this study as well.

The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital, debt policy, company size, supply chain and liquidity on earnings per share and dividends per share as intervening variables in companies registered in the LQ 45 stock market index that consists of 45 companies for the 2014-2016 period in Indonesia. Global competition has intensified geographic repositioning of supply chain activities with implications for the economic prosperity of specific regions and geographies affected by such shifts. This study examines the relationship between the level of corruption and economic growth using the supply chain and ARDL bounds test method. The data used are GDP, the level of corruption, foreign direct investment, government spending and inflation from 2000-2018. The results of the study indicate a negative and significant impact on the level of corruption on economic growth in the long run.

This aim of this study is to measure the technical efficiency score and identify the factors that affect the technical efficiency in plastic manufacturing firm in Malaysia for the year 2015 using the two stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The first stage involves calculating the efficiency score through the DEA using firm-level data, provided by the Department of Statistics, Malaysia. In the second stage, Tobit Regression Analysis was used to identify the significant factors affecting the efficiency of the plastic industry.

Compare to other documents, our study was for the first time validated the quality criteria of ICP-MS for analyzing nineteen metal levels in wastewater samples. The application of this method was then tested by analyzing nineteen metal levels in twenty-three wastewater samples in the Tham Luong Canal in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on these results, the correlation of the concentration of these metals in wastewater samples was determined.
