The co-operative system is aimed to provide employment and services in the society with the participation and inter-dependency of humanity work and the markets. It creates a wave of self –employment to millions of people either in rural areas or urban areas. Therefore, the milk production by co-operatives generated secondary income other than agriculture for the rural people and aimed to alleviate poverty and unemployment in the rural or countryside areas.
