In this document, we want to explore options of win-win scenarios between the banking industry and emerging fintech and to discuss on how to utilize power of banks and the energy of start-up companies together. The methodology is to deep dive into the internal motivations & barriers of banks and startup companies. We will also discuss on learning opportunities from leading fintech ecosystem markets like USA for a good business model, China on fintech ecosystem model, and from Singapore on how to accelerate start-up culture.

This paper studies categories of definable subassignments with some category equivalences to semialgebraic and constructible subsets of arc spaces of algebraic varieties. These equivalences lead to the identity of certain Grothendieck rings, which allows us to compare the motivic measure of Cluckers-Loeser with that of Denef-Loeser for certain classes of definable subassignments.

The objective of the current study is to empirically investigate the link between entrepreneurial attributes, strategic capabilities, and environmental nexus in Malaysian manufacturing firms. In doing so, the present study is motivated to recognize the role of entrepreneurial innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and environmental strategies in influencing firm’s energy efficiency potential and environmental performance. The study was conducted during the year 2017-18 in Tumkur district of Karnataka state to measure the entrepreneurial behaviour of flower growers. In Tumkur district, Madhugiri taluk was purposefully selected for the study, since it is dominated with the major flower growing areas. Four villages of Madhugiri taluk were considered for the research purpose and forty chrysanthemum, forty jasmine and forty crossandra growers were selected randomly from each of the village. Thus, leading to the total sample size of 120.
