The highest numbers of nematodes with a percentage ranging from 76.4% in Cung Hau to 77% in Ham Luong estuaries. There were 92 genera (71 genera in Ham Luong and 62 genera in Cung Hau) of nematodes recorded in both estuaries. The mean nematode densities varied between 90 ± 31 - 1524 ± 269 ind.10 cm² and 105 ± 79 - 1120 ± 534 ind.10 cm² in Ham Luong and Cung Hau estuary, respectively.

Incorporating relevant theoretical and empirical findings, this paper aims to identify and conceptualize the primary dimensions which influence the consumers‘ individual perception of luxury as a first step leading towards a scale to measure luxury value cross-culturally. According to Hassan and Katsanis (1994) and Tse et al. (1988), we suggest that the needs of luxury consumer segments cross national borders and that common structures in luxury value perception exist cross-culturally – even if the relative importance of the decision determinants may vary.

4 The New Terms of Reference for Science for Governance: Postnormal Science This chapter addresses the epistemological implications of complexity. In fact, according to what has been discussed so far, hard science, when operating within the reductionist paradigm, is not able to handle in a useful way the set of relevant perceptions and representations of the reality used by interacting agents, which are operating on different scales. No matter how complicated, individual mathematical models cannot be used to represent changes on a multi-scale, multiobjective performance space.
