Xenorhabdus innexi is a bacterial symbiont of Steinernema scapterisci nematodes, which is a cricketspecialist parasite and together the nematode and bacteria infect and kill crickets. Curiously, X. innexi expresses a potent extracellular mosquitocidal toxin activity in culture supernatants. We sequenced a draft genome of X. innexi and compared it to the genomes of related pathogens to elucidate the nature of specialization.

Intestinal parasitic infections are prevalent in conditions which have poor hygiene, environment and sanitation. Orphans always lack in basic monetary and sanitary assets in their livelihood. Overcrowded places with lack of cleanliness like orphanages and destitute homes are most dangerous as the infection spreads through them swiftly leading to multiple infections (1). In this tender age group, children are not outspoken about their problems, which can increase the chronicity of the infestation leading to serious impairment in their health.

Trichoderma harzianum parasitism on Meloidogyne incognita eggs and juveniles was examined in-vitro under Assam condition. M. incognita egg masses, their derived eggs and second-stage juveniles (J2) were parasitized by T. harzianum. The conidia of the T. harzianum were found inside of the eggs and attached to the J2s with the gelatinous matrix. The eggs were penetrated and parasitized by the hyphae of T. harzianum, while eggs containing juveniles were also parasitised by T. harzianum. Further, isolate T. harzainum was used for to know the bio-efficacy against M.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)–associated lymphoproliferative disease may also present as single or multiple mass lesions of the brain. A biopsy may be required for a definitive diagnosis. Pulmonary Infections Pneumonia (Chap.
