National assembly of Vietnam

As more Koreans invested in Vietnam, the number of foreign students in Korea increased due to the perception that studying in Korea would be beneficial for employment within Vietnam. Also, the ratio of international students entering graduate school is increasing. In this study, the researches related to Vietnam were investigated, focusing on the articles and papers of journals searched through the Vietnam keyword of the National Assembly Library. We also have examined research trends through Big Data Analysis.

Research purposes: On the basis of an overview of the research, analysis, and clarification of theoretical issues and status of the NA representatives’ supervisory activities, the dissertation proposes views and solutions to enhance the Vietnamese NA representatives’supervisory activities in the coming time.

The research subjects of the thesis are theoretical and practical issues on the oversight function of the Committee on Judicial Affairs of the National Assembly of Vietnam in the context of innovating the National Assembly’s organization and operation, strengthening the control of state power, protecting human and civil rights, speeding up judicial and administrative reform as well as building Vietnam as a socialist rule-of-law state.

This study investigates the Vietnam government and Hanoi local governing body’s efforts to improve lower secondary education after the law on Residence in 2006. The law on Residence adopted by the National Assembly of Vietnam in 2006 ensures the freedom of temporary residence and relaxes the rule for shifting to permanent registration. The enforcement of the law in 2007 made Hanoi population increase from 3,751,000 (2000) to 5,276,000 (2015) and caused a bloated lower secondary education.
