Neonatal infection is a common disease in neonates and which is one of the four leading causes of infant mortality. Objective: To investigate the rate of neonatal infection and risk factors for infections of live infants born in mothers with premature rupture of membranes at Tu Du Hospital.

Rhesus D alloimmunization can lead to hemolytic disease of the newborn with anemia and unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. In past reports, transient congenital hyperinsulinism has been described as a rare complication of rhesus D alloimmunization.

We report a case of the neonatal interstitial lung disease pulmonary interstitial glycogenosis in a girl with Jacobsen syndrome. While Jacobsen syndrome is caused by a deletion on the long arm of chromosome 11 and is genetically conformed, pulmonary interstitial glycogenosis is of unknown etiology and is diagnosed by lung biopsy. Pulmonary interstitial glycogenosis has not previously been described in association with Jacobsen syndrome.
