Vegetables are the major source of dietary Nitrate that have a range of variations in Nitrate. The presence of Nitrate in vegetables is often associated with harmful effects on human health. The study investigated Nitrate intake of vegetables in Phu My ward, Hiep An ward, and Tuong Binh Hiep ward in Thu Dau Mot city by UV-VIS Molecular Absorption Spectrometer to determine of Nitrate concentration with measurement wavelength of 410 nm.

High-affinity nitrate transporter 2 (NRT2) genes have been implicated in nitrate absorption and remobilization under nitrogen (N) starvation stress in many plant species, yet little is known about this gene family respond to various stresses often occurs in the production of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.).

A renewable innate source aqueous Capparis decidua stem extract was used to investigate an eco-friendly approach for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) from silver nitrate solution. Biosynthesized silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-visible Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Fourier Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy (FTIR). The UV-visible spectroscopy showed the maximum absorbance i.e. 0.94 at 460 nm.

In this study, the sol-gel synthesis method was employed for the preparation of silver-doped TiO2 nanomaterial from potassium fluorotitanate and silver nitrate. The silver can be incorporated by direct calcination of the sol-gel material decomposing silver nitrate to silver. The visible light absorption ability of Ag- TiO2 nanoparticles was investigated by means of UV-Vis measurement.

High distribution uniformity and low application rate, at frequent irrigation cycles, provide maximum control and monitoring of the wetted and aerated soil profile, which is essential for the shallow root system of the lettuce. Low application rate (3-5 mm/h): allows optimal absorption of water into the soil with no run-off, even on slopes. Low droplet impact: preserves soil structure and prevents crust formation to allow perfect germination and development.
