This study revealed that there are many unutilized fruit and crop spp. available in Tripura high in nutrient contain, traditional food preservation knowledge of ethnic tribes solve them off-seasonal nutrition requirement, and also there is increasing effort to set-up nutrition garden in every rural households of Tripura.
