Research on biomass and carbon stocks is very meaningful for managing and minimizing negative effects of climate change and global warming on people's lives. The study collected and analyzed data from plots for Acacia hybrid forests at two different age levels: 2 years and 6 years old in Ham Yen, Tuyen Quang. The analytical results showed that density at age 6 was lower than age 2. The diameter and height frequency distributions were well simulated by Weibull distribution.

This study assesses the rate of health services use and associated factors in the old Khmer population.

This is a book for all those who sincerely believe that library services and reading are too good to be missed. It is for people who believe that good reading habits are essential to getting the most out of life, and that those habits are difficult or impossible to acquire if they are not learned early. It focuses specifically on boys in that period when they are no longer children but not yet teenagers, from eight to twelve years old, what we know as the “tween” years.

Falls-related injuries are particularly serious for older people, causing pain, reduced community engagement and associated medical costs. Tripping is the leading cause of falls and the current study examined whether minimum ground clearance (MFC) of the swing foot, indicating high tripping risk, would be differentiated across cohorts of healthy 50-, 60- and 70-years old community residents in Japan.

Older people’s oral health has improved, and many retain their natural teeth throughout their life. However, their daily oral care can be more difficult because of compromised general health and the reduced capacity for self-care that often comes with old age.

Digital health technologies are being increasingly developed with the aim of allowing older adults to maintain functional independence throughout the old age, a process known as healthy ageing. Such digital health technologies for healthy ageing are expected to mitigate the socio-economic effects of population ageing and improve the quality of life of older people.

Biomarkers of aging can be used to assess the health of individuals and to study aging and age-related diseases. We generate a large dataset of genome-wide RNA-seq profiles of human dermal fibroblasts from 133 people aged 1 to 94 years old to test whether signatures of aging are encoded within the transcriptome.

The manifestations of essential tremor usually worsen with age. In addition, there is some evidence that people with essential tremor are more likely than average to develop other neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's or Alzheimer's diseases, especially if the tremor first appears after 65 years old [4, 5, 6, 7]. With the above, this work is carried out in frequency analysis of electromyography signals acquired through a MYO in patients who emulate tremor to identify the tremor of the voluntary components of a recorded signal.
