The objective of this study is to investigate the final exam scheduling process at the Ho Chi Minh City Open University and develop an automated exam scheduling application. Our primary objectives are to prevent students from having conflicting exam schedules and to ensure that no student has to take more than two exams on the same day.

This study investigates external and internal factors affecting students’ interaction in English-speaking classes to develop effective strategies to improve their interaction. The study was conducted among sixteen classes at the Faculty of English at Hanoi Open University, with 86 students in total. Questionnaires and interviews were employed as data collection instruments for the study.

This research, conducted at the Faculty of English, Hanoi Open University, aimed to explore students' perceptions of English idioms and the challenges they face in comprehending and using them in spoken English. The study involved 62 undergraduate students majoring in English, and data collection was carried out through a survey. The findings reveal that the majority of the fourth-year students of English recognize the importance and benefits of idioms in communication.

The objectives of this research are to study which factors in the supply chain affect the education requirement for Master's Degree in an Open University in Thailand by using the Services Marketing Mixed 7Ps as a main concept. The sample group consists of 208 MBA students. The research tools are questionnaires. The statistics used to describe and analyze the data are means, standard deviations, tested following the research objectives with t-test, F-test, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.

With an aim to improve the translation skills of the second-degree English major students at Hanoi Open University, the Classroom Action Research was done with the use of Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) technique. 24 Students in class were divided into six groups. The Classroom Action Research consisted of two cycles. The data collected were all the results of the pretests, the post-tests, observation sheets and the worksheets.
