This paper aims to explore business key success factors and readiness of Thai small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) manufacturing processed fruits to enhance processed fruit export supply chain from Thailand to India market. Business success factors were measured based on three dimensions; organization, technology, and environment. Then the correlation of factors was tested with an attentiveness to India market by using Paired-Sample ttest approach.

Spatial patterns of forest trees have been long recognized as evidences of underlying biological processes within forests. We used point pattern analysis methods and process-based models to detect the demography and dynamics of trees in a primary rainforest stand. A fully mapped 1-ha plot was investigated in the tropical rain forest of Cuc Phuong National Park. Trees were stem-mapped, diameter-measured at breast height and classified into species.

Breast cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers. It is associated with DNA methylation, an epigenetic event with a methyl group added to a cytosine paired with a guanine, i.e., a CG site. The methylation levels of different genes in a genome are correlated in certain ways that affect gene functions.

The aim of this study was to further validate PainChek®, an electronic pain assessment instrument, with a population living with dementia in a UK care home. Method: This study utilised a correlational design to evaluate the psychometric properties of PainChek® when compared to the Abbey Pain Scale (APS). Blinded paired pain assessments were completed at rest and immediately post-movement by a researcher and a nurse.

This work presents the effect of pressure on the local microstructure of amorphous Germania (GeO2). The Molecular Dynamics simulation was performed on systems at 900 K and high pressure up to 70 GPa. The structural properties have been analyzed through the pair correlation function, coordination number distribution, and structure factors.

The biological regulatory system is highly dynamic. Correlations between functionally related genes change over different biological conditions, which are often unobserved in the data. At the gene level, the dynamic correlations result in three-way gene interactions involving a pair of genes that change correlation, and a third gene that reflects the underlying cellular conditions.

Co-localized combinations of histone modifications (“chromatin states”) have been shown to correlate with promoter and enhancer activity. Changes in chromatin states over multiple time points (“chromatin state trajectories”) have previously been analyzed at promoter and enhancers separately.

The pod yield was significantly and positively correlated with pod weight, pod girth, pericarp thickness, seed weight per pod, number of pods per plant and weight of 100 seeds. The path coefficient analysis using the phenotypic correlation coefficient among the pair of characters showed that number of pods per plant had the highest positive direct effect on yield. At last it could be concluded that PSM-3 and PSM5 are best performing varieties for this region according to green pod yield.

The microstructure in Mg2SiO4 glass under high compression is studied by molecular dynamic method. This work revealed the correlation between pair radial distribution functions (PRDF) of Si-Si pair and bond angle distribution (BAD) of Si-O-Si and focus on clarifying the split peak of Si-Si PRDF. Moreover, visualizing the bonds of Si-Si at different pressures show changing of Si-Si bonds with pressure. In particularly, as increasing pressure, it forms corner-sharing, edge-sharing and face-sharing bond between SiOx coordination units results in the first peak splitting of c.

For the first time, a realistic microscopic calculation for low-energy neutron-nucleus elastic scattering off open-shell nuclei is carried out within the framework of particle-vibration coupling (PVC). In this study, the pairing correlations of the ground state are taken into account. The dependence of the angular distributions on the pairing gaps is discussed.

The identification of functionally important residue positions is an important task of computational biology. Methods of correlation analysis allow for the identification of pairs of residue positions, whose occupancy is mutually dependent due to constraints imposed by protein structure or function.

MCMSeq: Bayesian hierarchical modeling of clustered and repeated measures RNA sequencing experiments
As the barriers to incorporating RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) into biomedical studies continue to decrease, the complexity and size of RNA-Seq experiments are rapidly growing. Paired, longitudinal, and other correlated designs are becoming commonplace, and these studies offer immense potential for understanding how transcriptional changes within an individual over time differ depending on treatment or environmental conditions.

Information on correlation of yield and its component attributes and their direct and indirect effects on grain yield are of paramount significance. Correlation in combination with path analysis would give a better insight into cause and effect relationship between different pairs of characters. It is also helpful to study the correlation in genome wide association mapping to deep insights the linkage, direction and magnitude of each and every traits of grain yield and its components traits.

In metastatic breast cancer, the status of the estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), as well as the Ki-67 index sometimes change between primary and metastatic lesions. However, the change in expression levels of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) between primary and metastatic lesions has not been determined in metastatic breast cancer.

Personality traits, which can be described as differences between individuals regarding their behavior, thoughts, and feelings, can be seen as relatively stable in different situations and over time (Specht et al., 2014). A pair of 90 twins in the age group of 3-6 years from five cultural zones of state Haryana was taken. A Five Factor Personality Questionnaire (Cathy, 2011) was used for assessing the personality traits of preschool twins.

Anharmonic effective potential, local force constant and correlation effects in XAFS of BCC crystals
Analytical expressions for the anharmonic effective potential, local force constant, Displacement-displacement Correlation Function (DCF) CR and Debye-Waller factor described by the Mean Square Relative Displacement (MSRD) σ2 and by the Mean Square Displacement (MSD) u2of bcc crystals in the X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (XAFS) have been derived. The effective interatomic potential of the system has been considered by taking into account the influences of nearest atomic neighbors, and it contains the Morse potential characterizing the interaction of each pair of atoms.
