Parklands of the commune

Extreme risk protection order (ERPO) laws are a tool for firearm violence prevention (in effect in 19 states), often enacted in the wake of a public mass shooting when media coverage of gun violence tends to spike. We compared news media framing of ERPOs in states that passed and those that considered but did not pass such laws after the 2018 mass shooting in Parkland, Florida.

Floristic studies play an important role in assessing of plant biodiversity, conservation and sustainable management of ecosystem resources. Therefore, this study tried to determine the floristic composition and socio-economic importance of the Poaceaeflora in the commune of Aguié and Mayahi. We used plot method based on systematic random sampling technique to inventory gramineae species within the parklands in August and September 2012. The grass flora of the two communes is composed of 45 species, divided into 27 genera and 8 tribes in 106 relevés.

The governor’s office has expressed the view that, since Planned Parenthood affiliates constitute just 2% of WHP providers, patients would have little difficulty finding alternative providers. Our analysis indicates that in the markets they serve, Planned Parenthood affiliates serve half, and sometimes much more than half, of all WHP patients.
