This study demonstrates correlations between element diffusion behavior and notch-point formation in ACIGS films, which ultimately influence the resulting current circuit voltage and fill factor. Our findings delineate a novel approach for fabricating a suitably tailored band gap grading in ACIGS, which serves as a bottom subcell in tandem configuration.

This paper deals with a novel structure of serpentine micromixer with its high mixing efficiency and its fabrication of soft photolithography molds using dry film photoresist as an alternative to the conventional liquid photoresist, such as SU-8. A facile hydrothermal-aided process is demonstrated to prepare an analcime 3-dimensional (3D) network using recycled aluminum foil as an aluminum source without using an organic template. The prepared material was characterized by different techniques. An electrode/electrolyte interface with a 3D network structure allows for better contact and improves the kinetics of the charge transfer.

In this thesis, focus on the wireless links between devices equipped by deployed operating personnel and intermediary access point infrastructure. "Organic gas adsorption on vacancy defect Germanene: A DFT study" show that acetone, toluene and propanol are physisorbed on germanene via van der Waals interactions. The physisorption of gas molecules on germanene opens a band gap at the Dirac point of germanene. Overall, the different adsorption behaviors of organic gas molecules on vacancy defected germanene provide a feasible way to exploit chemically modified vacancy defected germanene for a wide range of practical applications, such as gas sensors and spintronic devices.
