The thermodynamics involving the dielectric constant and Gibb's free energy of oxide formation at the Al/TiOx and TiOx/TiOy interfaces play a pivotal role in the associated switching mechanism. A human centered design approach, based on cognitive task analysis methods, was used to observe the operators training on the nuclear power plant simulator of the Human System Interface Laboratory (LABIHS). A new prototype of the interface including graphics, alarms and digital procedures was designed as an alternative to the current hardcopy procedure manuals. In this study, the Newton–Raphson method has been calibrated as an operational algorithm to evaluate the laser heat flux value accurately in the 3-D conduction model. To confirm the effectiveness of the presented method, the paper has given two specific applications. It is obtained that the sequential method is a reasonable, correct, and powerful method to determine the inversely laser heat flux in the three-dimensional conduction model.

We have studied some its properties such as: the temperature dependence of laser threshold, output optical power; the transfer heat of laser chip and pump current of laser. The study of spectral structure showed that the operating wavelength area of laser and structure of the longitudinal multimode depend on temperature and pump current.

Currently, in Vietnam electricity market, hydropower plants still account for a large proportion approximately 38%. Thus, study on control problems of the hydropower plants plays an extremely important role. Load – frequency control is one of the most significant control problems. Major objectives of such a control strategy are to focus on maintaining the system frequency at a nominal value (50Hz in Vietnam) and the tie-line power interchange at a scheduled value.

Requirement of air volume is influenced by leaf area, leaf density and canopy volume of tree. High power air assisted sprayers are used for blanket spray application in developed countries. In India manual or HTP sprayers are used for spraying horticultural crops which results in uneven spraying, incurring more cost and inefficient pest control.
