The SPSS software was used to analyse the data. The results of this research showed that the major factor influencing LPS adoption in manufacturing industry was process and the major barrier which interrupted LPS adoption was workers’ attitude or resistance. This research provided some contributions to help the manufacturing industry, especially in production department.

This study measured innovation by four types of innovation namely product innovation, process innovation, administrative innovation, and marketing innovation. More important findings to be reported is that the spillover effects of FDI appear to be quickly assimilated by workers in the Malaysian manufacturing industries through the "learning effect" as opposed to “technology effect” and that the fast pace is biased towards higher labour productivity. Findings from this study can help the FDI attraction policy to be carried out not only to increase Malaysian labour productivity, but most importantly to ensure the function of FDI transfer of knowledge to labour takes place, which must be based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The result of the research showed that the company's reliance on process standardization and industrial standards was relatively high and the adoption rate for industrial standards are the highest. The company's response rate to its customers in terms of flexibility and delivery is not high and convergent for both variables. The novelty of this study stems from the introduction of critical influences that determine an effective employment of lean production to Syrian Manufacturing Companies.

The main objectives of the current study are to explore the nexus between green capability, product return, value chain costing, and the adoption of closed loop supply chain in the automobile industry of Indonesia. The role of product returns as a partial mediator in the CLSC adoption and recovery capability relationship indicates the absence of any direct relation among the two, thereby showing the significant role of manufacturer for encouraging towards product returns. Firms may be reluctant to invest in redeploying resources in the absence of adequate returns.

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of Research and Development (R&D) in producing a safer car by investigating the manufacturing safety behaviors among employees of the manufacturing company. The quantitative method of data collection was utilized to collect the data among these employees and fifty-two respondents covering different age groups, educations levels and positions in the company had answered the survey.
