This article examines the factors influencing the development of electronic banking services at LienViet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LPBank). The results reveal seven factors that significantly impact the development of electronic banking services at LPBank, ranked in order of importance from high to low: Service products, Staff service capabilities, Accessibility convenience, Technological system, Reachability, Marketing & customer care, and finally, Security.

The current research emphasized on the teacher’s performance in supply chain perspective influenced by education suppliers, supply chain education and leadership styles among educational staff in Madrasah Aliyah Private (MAS) As'ad Jambi City. The population in this study is the teacher at MAS As'ad Jambi City as many as 38 teachers. Employing an interpretive research design with post-positivist paradigm, it was conducted in Kebon Agung Sugar Factory, Malang. The research informants were selected using snowballing technique. The informants include farmers and chairmen of farmers groups, plantation staff, company employees, and government agencies. To maintain the continuity and loyalty of sugarcane farmers to the company, the sugar factories provide various facilities, such as credit, inputs, guidance and counseling as well as technological assistance, and market guarantees for the products produced.

The most valuable and remarkable human knowledge exists more implicitly. Sharing and managing this implicit knowledge is considered very difficult, so investigating the factors that may affect knowledge sharing has become a colorful area of research. The focus of this study is to examine the relationship between individual (individual attitude, organizational commitment, and knowledge self-efficacy) and tacit knowledge sharing. The study distributed 650 questionnaires among teaching staff in public higher educational institutes. Out of 650, only 320 questionnaires were returned.

By using the panel data of China’s high-tech listed companies in 2013-2018, this paper shows common funds as active institutional investors significantly promotes firms’ R&D investment. For every 10 percentage point increase of common fund ownership rate, high-tech firms’ R & D expense ratio and R & D staff ratio would increase respectively by 0.1 and 2.3 percentage points. The impact is greater in more technology-intensive companies. But institutional investors have no influence on firms’ innovation productivity measured by the number of patents gained per million R & D expenses.

The hypotheses tested found that marketing of bank’s products and services has improved the efficiency of deposit money banks banking system and created satisfied bank customer. We recommend that all the units of the bank should be involved in marketing while banks should continue to make their customers feel important and have well equipped and experienced staff personnel in customer services unit to be able to provide solutions to customer’s complaints and challenges.

The study was aimed to assess the uses of antibiotic residues consumed in Khartoum State; Sudan. The problem of the study is the usage of antibiotics to food producing animals for treatment, prophylaxis and as growth promoters results in deposition of their residues in various organs and tissues. These residues after consumption via meat, milk and their products may cause adverse side effect such as toxicity, bacterial resistance, allergic reactions and many different side effect may lead to death.
