This study showed two major areas: 1) practitioners were more innovative and creative in using technology to develop advertising management, and 2) the educational institution got better recognition from society, especially parents. This study uses the literature study method, assisted by the publish perish application, to find reference sources related to educational advertising management for ECE.

Ebook "Untranslated gene regions and other non-coding elements: Regulation of eukaryotic gene expression" pervasive transcription of complex genomes produces a variety of non-coding transcripts that interact with these regions and contribute to regulation. This book discusses recent insights into the regulatory roles of the untranslated gene regions and non-coding RNAs in the control of complex gene expression, as well as the implications of this in terms of organism complexity and evolution.

Ebook "RNA activation" offers an essential guide to RNA activation (RNAa), an emerging and fascinating new field. RNAa is a small RNA-guided and Argonaute-dependent gene regulation phenomenon in which promoter-targeted short double-stranded RNAs (dsRNAs) induce target gene expression at the transcriptional level. It occurs primarily in the nucleus and can be mediated by artificially designed short duplex RNAs that target regulatory sequences (e.g., promoters, genes’ 3’ termini and enhancers) and naturally occurring small RNAs (e.g., miRNAs and C. elegans 22G-RNAs).

On June,12th, 2017, the Tro Chieng Festival was recognized by the State as a national intangible cultural heritage. This marks the recognition of the State of the core cultural values of the Tro Chieng Festival. Therefore, this research will contribute some practical solutions to promote the values of the Festival, thereby really becoming a driving force for cultural development in the current period.

Promoters are genomic regions where the transcription machinery binds to initiate the transcription of specific genes. Computational tools for identifying bacterial promoters have been around for decades. However, most of these tools were designed to recognize promoters in one or few bacterial species.

Long noncoding enhancer RNAs (lnc-eRNAs) are a subset of stable eRNAs identified from annotated lncRNAs. They might act as enhancer activityrelated therapeutic targets in cancer. However, the underlying mechanism of epigenetic activation and their function in cancer initiation and progression remain largely unknown.

TNF is a pleiotropic cytokine and shows its biological function by binding to its receptors called TNFR1 and TNFR2. While TNFR1 induces apoptosis by activation of caspase-8 via the “death domain”, it also activates IKKα/β, MKK3/6, MKK4/7 by activation of TAK1. Although the TNFR1 signaling pathway is known by in large, it is not known how AKT and MAPKs p38, ERK1/2, and JNK1/2 are activated.

Accurate recognition of regulatory elements in promoters is an essential prerequisite for understanding the mechanisms of gene regulation at the level of transcription. Composite regulatory elements represent a particular type of such transcriptional regulatory elements consisting of pairs of individual DNA motifs.

Transcriptional regulation is normally based on the recognition by a transcription factor of a defined base sequence in a process of direct read-out. However, the nucleic acid secondary and tertiary structure can also act as a recognition site for the transcription factor in a process known as indirect read-out, although this is much less understood.

Recognizing the different functional parts of genes, such as promoters, translation initiation sites, donors, acceptors and stop codons, is a fundamental task of many current studies in Bioinformatics. Currently, the most successful methods use powerful classifiers, such as support vector machines with various string kernels.

RNA secondary structure around splice sites is known to assist normal splicing by promoting spliceosome recognition. However, analyzing the structural properties of entire intronic regions or pre-mRNA sequences has been difficult hitherto, owing to serious experimental and computational limitations, such as low read coverage and numerical problems.

Molecular recognition features (MoRFs) are one important type of disordered segments that can promote specific protein-protein interactions. They are located within longer intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs), and undergo disorder-to-order transitions upon binding to their interaction partners.

Lectins are glycoproteins have the ability to bind carbohydrates. They are involved in biological process such as recognition and binding of carbohydrates, interactions of pathogens, apoptosis, etc. Lectins of different carbohydrate specificities are able to promote growth inhibition or death of bacteria and fungi.

Single nucleotide polymorphisms are the most commonly observed genetic variation among particular population, generally known as SNPs (pronounced “snips”). The main objective of the current research was recognition of SNP C-2161G in promoter region of prolactin gene in „N‟ strain of White Leghorn and its interrelation with production traits.

Factors influencing the attitude of return migrated rural youths towards agripreneurship development
Return migration is the gauge for changing socio-economic and political conditions in rural areas. Return migrated rural youths have involved themselves in agripreneurship development in rural areas. Here, the attitude of youths towards agripreneurship plays a critical role hence the study was taken with 180 return migrated rural youths in three selected states of southern India. The salient findings were the majority of the respondents (52.23%) possessed a moderately favourable attitude.
