Twenty four tomato genotypes were evaluated during June to September 2018 at Horticulture College and Research Institute, Periyakulam with an aid to estimate genetic diversity for 15 quantitative and qualitative characters. The physician-based assessment of ALRI and COPD is unlikely to be feasible for most small- to medium-scale projects and programmes, unless they partner with a research or governmental agency interested in conducting a thorough health study.
