Quality of people’s living

The present study will examine the factors that are related to the process and maintenance of resilience and positive functioning in the daily lives of people living with PD compared to those without PD (Kralik et al., 2006; Luthar et al., 2000; Ravenek et al., 2017). In addition, as related to Garroway (2015), the present study will explore the degree to which mediating factors differ between shorter duration, less symptomatically severe groups (early stages) and longer duration, typically more symptomatically severe groups (late stages).

The thesis proposes solutions to SALM in Bac Giang City in the direction of spatial, architectural and landscape construction and development toward a green city, then contributing to improving the quality of people’s living; preserving and promoting cultural values, natural conditions, socio-economic development, and climate change resilience.

In early October 2010, two severe floods in a row (from 1st to 6th Oct and from October 14 to 18) occurred in five central provinces, including Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue. Ha Tinh is where The most serious damage, including Huong Khe and Vu Quang, poor districts of Ha Tinh province, very serious damage. Flooding to people, was poor become poorer and very much influenced their lives, the daily activities and production.

The Mekong delta (MD), the most downstream part of the Mekong river (See figure 1), is known as the biggest "rice bowl" of Vietnam. The Delta has a population of 17 million inhabitants living in 4 million hectares of land. All the people living in the Delta have to depend totally on the water resources, mainly the surface water, for domestic drinking, crop irrigating, fish-shrimp raising, goods transporating and industrial producing.
