Real-time monitoring of quantitative precipitation distribution is essential to prevent natural disasters caused by heavy rainfall. This paper describes each process to introduce this QPE method to Viet Nam and indicates the results through the project. Future issues to improve its accuracy are also mentioned.

Based on applying structural equation modeling (SEM), this study analyzes the factors affecting the adoption level of blockchain technology to develop the agricultural supply chain. The study applies qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze this issue. The quantitative survey is conducted with a sample of 356 organizations/individuals participating in the pork supply chain in Hue City; the sample is selected based on a simple random method.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the performance of companies in the slaughterhouse industry in health and safety issues. The research method is quantitative modeling. The main research technique uses a mixed method based on multi-attribute utility method (MAUT) and artificial neural networks (ANN). The research object is 34 slaughterhouse companies located in Southern Brazil. Then, we ranked the companies and modeled their decision trees using the MAUT method.

Based on this structure, the authors define the MBiS-Tree structure and propose an algorithm for mining FWUIs from quantitative databases. Quantitation of superoxide radical (O2 – Æ) production at the site of radical generation remains challenging. A simple method to detect nanomolar to micromolar levels of superoxide radical in aqueous solution has been devel-oped and optimized. This method is based on the efficient trapping of O2 – Æ using a novel fluorescent probe (2-chloro-1,3-dibenzothiazolinecyclohex-ene), coupled with a spectra character-signaling increase event.

Conclusion: Toward a Science of Implementation Public-health strategies draw largely on quantitative methods—from epidemiology and biostatistics, but also from economics. Clinical practice, including internal medicine, draws on a rapidly expanding knowledge base but remains focused on individual patient care; clinical interventions are rarely population-based. In fact, neither public-health nor clinical approaches alone will prove adequate in addressing the problems of global health.
