In this paper, to cope with the problems of object detection in rain weather conditions while driving, we propose RD, a new dataset to promote the research and enhance the performance of stateof-the-art object detectors.

Assessment of bioclimatic conditions for outdoor tourism activities in Gia Lai province is conducted in two criteria: 1) Assessing the adaptability of territorial temperature-moisture conditions to the health of people participating in tourism activities by assessing the advantage of bioclimatic types on the bioclimatic map, scaled 1/100,000; the evaluation results show that all 11 bioclimatic types are very comfortable, that is, the bioclimatic conditions in the entire Gia Lai province are suitable for the health of participants in outdoor tourism activities.

Sugarcane is a long duration crop experiencing extreme weather conditions like winter, summer and rainy season during its life cycle. The crop faces numbers of biotic and abiotic stresses during their entire growth period. The effect of abiotic stresses especially temperature was observed in large area of sugarcane. Banded chlorosis caused by cold injury (Physiological disorder) and their symptom appears due to a sudden drop in temperature in this crop. Symptoms of banded chlorosis were scattered uniformly on a parallel height of the cane from the ground level.

Pointed gourd (Trichosanthes dioica Roxb.) is a tropical perennial cucurbitaceous vegetable crop, commonly called as „Parval‟. It has very high nutrient content as compared to other cucurbits. Protein content of pointed gourd is 10 times that of bottle gourd and 4 times that of snake gourd, ridge gourd and wax gourd. Pointed Gourd is cultivated in spring-summer and rainy season in Odisha‟s weather condition but gives higher yield in spring-summer season.

The present study was conducted to find out the effect and correlation of meteorological parameters on seed germination in three varieties H 1098 – I, H 1300 and H 1316 under six environments (three sowing periods i.e. early, normal and late sown conditions in year 2015 and 2016). Observations were recorded for seed germination and meteorological parameters as maximum and minimum temperature (°C), relative humidity (%) morning as well as evening, sunshine hours, rainfall (mm) and number of rainy days. Tagging period stared from June end when there were sizable amount of flowers.

The study provides an interesting observation that particulate OC and EC have spatial and temporal variations dependent on sampling sites and weather conditions. In contrast, consistent OC/EC ratios were also found at both seasons of each location, in which the ratios were from 3.68 to 5.68. The correlations of OC and EC were found in the rainy season with the slopes ranging from 0.21–0.34; however, these correlations were not observed in the dry season.
