  • In this paper, a new fuzzy multi-criteria mathematical model for the selection of the best among a finite number of ordering policy of raw material in a supply chain is developed. The problem treated is a part of the purchasing plan of a company in an uncertain environment and it is very common in business practice. Optimization criteria selected describe the performance measures of ordering policies and generally their relative importance is different.   • This paper presents the solution to problems of fuzzy ranking Vietnamese documents using approach of Hedge Algebra based on envaluating an accordance of found documents by heuristic criteria. These criteria firstly are evaluated by degree of importance (weight) and then are combined following some aggregation operator to define final evaluation unique number, that will be used for sorting the documents. The experimental results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
