This paper investigates the impact of macroprudential policies on Vietnamese public listed companies’ financial leverage over the period of 2007 to 2021. In 2011, Vietnamese Central Bank introduce credit restrictions as a monetary policy instrument to contain net credit creation by the financial sector and to safeguard the financial system as a whole. In this paper, we focus on the impact of such restrictions on the optimal leverage decision of Vietnamese non-financial firms.

In this paper, the author studies the impact of capital adequacy ratio on credit performance of Vietnamese commercial banks for both growth and credit risk aspects. Evaluate in detail and compare the difference of this relationship between commercial banks with different characteristics. Proposing a number of recommendations to help bank administrators and regulators be more proactive when assessing the impact of capital adequacy ratio on the individual characteristics of each bank.

The purpose of the research "State policy on banking capital regulation based on supply chain management" is to study the key aspects of increasing the effectiveness of state policy on banking capital regulation taking into account the supply chain management in Kazakhstan. To conduct the study, the Islamic Finance Development Indicator (IFDI) was used. This is a composite index reflecting the development of the Islamic finance industry by assessing the effectiveness of all its components in accordance with its supply chain process.

The objective of this paper is to discuss issues of law enforcement in Malaysian Securities Markets. This survey was conducted among 107 principal and representative licensees registered with the Securities Commission of Malaysia. They consist of licensed dealers, investment advisers and fund managers. The majority of the respondents were capital markets and services representative licensees (CMSRL), while only 17 respondents were capital markets and services licensees.
