Regulations on surrogacy

In the era of advanced medical technology and frequent international exchanges, reproductive tourism is on the rise, the problems it poses have attracted the attention of countries. Taking China, Vietnam, and Russia as research samples, the article points out the differences laws on surrogacy create opportunities for intending parents to circumvent domestic law.

Research for the Disseration aims to give a comprehensive and systematic assessment on the theory of regulations on surrogacy, the current conditions of Vietnamese laws and practice of implementing regulations on surrogacy to propose solutions to complete the laws and enhance the enforcement of the law in this issue.
