Abstract of PhD Law dissertation: Regulations on surrogacy under Vietnamese laws

Research for the Disseration aims to give a comprehensive and systematic assessment on the theory of regulations on surrogacy, the current conditions of Vietnamese laws and practice of implementing regulations on surrogacy to propose solutions to complete the laws and enhance the enforcement of the law in this issue.
