Sustainable food value chains can offer important pathways out of poverty for the millions of small farms in developing countries. The need to concentrate state support for the development of small farms is proved in the article. The results of the cluster analysis of small farms show that it is advisable to send state support to the development of farms in which revenues are generated from the sale of crop products, as well as from other crop products - "niche" products and animal husbandry.

This thesis analyses the Australian resources equity market reaction to the 2010 resource tax announcements. These taxes were explicitly designed to meet tax neutrality conditions. Tax neutrality implies that taxes should not incur substitution effects that result in economic inefficiency. These taxes were intended to generate revenue (i.e., an income effect) while not distorting economic incentives.

This paper analyzes factors that affect account receivables management and its impact on business performance of enterprises in Vietnam through a sample of 326 non-financial companies. The companies are listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) between 2013 and 2017. The research results show that the new variables introduced into the model is the provision for bad debts which positively affects accounts receivables.

This research aims to examine the effect of the oil price crisis on bankruptcy risk. The sample consists of 9 oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2013-2019. The analysis method uses fixed-effect regression. The result shows that the oil price crisis increases bankruptcy risk, especially for companies with higher leverage. Furthermore, the oil price crisis reduces market value for companies with higher bankruptcy risk.

Most studies on data envelopment analysis arrive at efficiency values that are too similar to be compared. Using a “cost efficiency model”, we gauge the efficiency of China’s banks by analyzing 25 listed banks from 2001 to 2016 to resolve this issue. The results show that the efficiency value of each bank has been clearly differentiated. Moreover, we determine that the banks’ efficiency would only improve by lowering the number of employees, reducing payroll, or increasing loans and making investments to generate higher revenues.
