At the same time, we will introduce a smart city rating system based on the role of urban government and the community; thus, we will find the existing and building of the development orientation. Finally, we will present a case study to applying smart city model in Hanoi capital, Vietnam in the trend of sustainable development in the future.

This study investigates the role of supply chain accounting information system to create competitive advantage for Iraqi General Commission for Taxation. Interviews were conducted from selected officials of Taxation department. The results showed that all the respondents agreed that supply chain accounting information system is a useful approach to create competitive advantage in term of cost reduction, enhancing operational efficiency, increasing the scope of organization and strengthen the internal control system.

Halal compliance is very crucial for halal certified food manufacturers. However, over time, there are many cases of non-compliances which resulted in the revocation of halal certificate among Malaysian food and beverage manufacturers. This study looked at the role of religiosity in ensuring halal compliance in companies operating in Malaysia. Results from the quantitative analyses indicated that religiosity did not have an impact on halal compliance by Malaysia F&B companies.
