This paper investigates the relationship between earning quality and cash holdings. The study uses the multivariate regression method FGLS to handle the phenomenon of self-correlation and variance change. The study sample consisted of 403 non-financial companies listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and Hanoi Stock Exchange between 2014-2019 with 2418 observations. In this study, we aimed to understand the genetic structure of 440 individual wild cherries sampled from 22 different populations in Turkey using 10 SSR molecular markers. With the molecular variance analysis, we found that the genetic diversity within the population is approximately 88.5% and the genetic diversity among the populations is approximately 9.8%. Thus, wild cherry genetic diversity within populations is high whereas it is moderate between tested populations (FST values 0.02-0.16).

Morphological variability in 11 characteristics of bacula was investigated. Fish communities are important indicators of the health of riverine ecosystems. Fish monitoring for The Living Murray (TLM) initiative, one of Australia’s most ambitious restoration undertakings for the degraded river-floodplain biota of the River Murray system (south-eastern Australia), was carried out annually from 2005 to 2011 across six ‘Icon Sites’, including the habitats and reaches therein. These spatial and temporal components of variation in fish community abundance and composition must be taken explicitly into account for consistent assessment of riverine ecosystem health.

In the present work, the reaction of Cr(VI) with 1,5-diphenylcarbazide in microplates (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay microtiter plate) and a subsequent determination in a plate reader at 540 nm were performed. The final volume utilized for each determination was 200 µL, and the cost and waste were reduced for hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)] quantification. The use of microplates allowed for the analysis of a large number of samples, reducing analysis time.

J. excelsa M. Bieb forms about 82% of the total juniper forests in Turkey. A total of 456 plant samples belonging to 19 J. excelsa populations were collected to determine the genetic variation of J. excelsa and compare their genetic diversity among populations via simple-sequence repeat (SSR) and intron targeted amplified polymorphism (ITAP) markers. Seven SSR and 132 ITAP loci were polymorphic. The percentage of polymorphism for ITAP loci at the population level ranged from 31.34 to 55.97.
