This paper presents performance measurement at the higher education concerning in customers and stakeholders’ perspective using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP is a quantitative method which can deal with complicated decision-making problem for evaluation. Total of four main criteria and 26 sub-criteria were identified as significant to the customers and stakeholders’ perspective.

This study aims to determine the factors affecting customer satisfaction with logistics enterprises’ logistics services in Vietnam. Data collected through survey questionnaires sent to customers who are currently using the services of businesses. Research has shown eight factors affecting customer satisfaction, including tangible factors, reliability, guarantee, empathy, responsiveness, perceived price, customer relationship service, and relationship quality-these eight factors measured through 35 observed variables.

This study emphasizes to measure the effect of service quality on purchase intention with mediating role of store image. The study majorly focused on paint brands available at stores of Manama, Bahrain. Reliability of data, descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation matrix was calculated by using SPSS. The relationship among study variables is tested trough structural equation modeling. Results highlighted that there is significant and positive relation between service quality and purchase intention of private label paint brands.
