This paper reports the application of consecutive-interpolation procedure into four-node quadrilateral elements for analysis of two-dimensional cracked solids made of functionally graded composite plate. Compared to standard finite element method, the recent developed consecutiveinterpolation has been shown to possess many desirable features, such as higher accuracy and smooth nodal gradients it still satisfies the Kronecker-delta property and keeps the total number of degrees of freedom unchanged.

The study used questionnaire to survey 335 civil servants at Thanh Hoa Tax Department and used descriptive statistical methods to analyze the primary data. Survey results show that there is still a small part (about 15%) of civil servants not satisfied with the motivational methods applied at the Department. Based on the reality, the authors offer solutions and recommendations to increase working motivation for civil servants of Thanh Hoa Tax Department in the near future

Since English expressions vary according to the genres, it is important for students to study questions that are generated from sentences of the target genre. Although various questions are prepared, it is still not enough to satisfy various genres which students want to learn. On the other hand, when producing English questions, sufficient grammatical knowledge and vocabulary are needed, so it is difficult for non-expert to prepare English questions by themselves. In this paper, we propose an automatic generation system of multiple-choice cloze questions from English texts.

To apply the intergration of surgical skill into anatomical education using embalmed wet lab specimens with tradiational herbal conservation and novel fixation method. Subjects and methods: 40 students were taught by integrated surgical skills training into anatomy using embalmed specimens. 20 canine internal organ blocks were harvested and then preserved using the ethanol-glycerin-acetic acid-saturated salt solution fixation with traditional herbal conservation method. The students were surveyed to assess satisfaction with the new curriculum.

In this paper, a new Space-Time Block Coded Spatial Modulation (SM) scheme based on the Golden Code, called the Golden Coded Spatial Modulation (GC-SM), is proposed and analyzed. This scheme still keeps some main benefits of the Golden Code by satisfying the non-vanishing Space Time Block Code (STBC) criteria. In the signal constellation domain, the GC-SM spectral efficiency is twice that of the STBC-SM.

The day before the Conference, Dr Gordon Harper accompanied by officers of BACAMH visited the Center for Neurodevelopment and Autism, which had been established recently in BSMMU. This center is a government initiative to establish a nationwide pediatric neurodevelopment and autism-related management, training and research centre in Bangladesh. Dr Harper expressed his satisfaction after visiting the center. As autism is still a novel concept in Bangladesh, he believed that both this center and BACAMH could achieve a better management and outcome for children and their parents.
