To better understand the real-world effects of pharmacogenomic (PGx) alerts, this study aimed to characterize alert design within the eMERGE Network, and to establish a method for sharing PGx alert response data for aggregate analysis. Seven eMERGE sites submitted design details and established an alert logging data dictionary.

Identification of fracture zone is a challenging task without the image log data. There are many brownfields around the world where the image log has not been acquired; therefore, there must be an alternative way of fracture identification. In this paper, a conventional log response technique for fracture delineation has been discussed. The study area lies in the Upper Indus Basin of Pakistan, which is sub-divided into the Kohat and Potwar basins. Minwal-X-1 of Joya Mair area, which lies in the Potwar Basin, is selected for this purpose.

This study performs an integrated method using thin section and well log data to determine rock fabrics and their relationship with the rock pore system in Miocene carbonate reservoirs of well RR02, southern Song Hong basin, Vietnam. By thin section analysis, mineral components and pore types of carbonate rocks were determined, creating a basis for carbonate classification and grouping samples into different petrophysical classes.

The present investigation was aimed to study the proximate composition, quality parameters, and microbial analysis of microwave heated egg liquid samples obtained from exotic (white leg horn) and indigenous breed eggs (aseel). The microwave heating was done by maintaining different time levels (20, 40 and 60 S). By analyzing the data obtained during study of proximate composition, it was found that, microwave heating at 40 S was the best condition to pasteurize the egg liquid samples for storage. The quality of microwave heated samples was determined by considering pH (7.21 and 6.

With the accelerated implementation of e-learning systems in educational institutions, it has become possible to record learners’ study logs in recent years. It must be admitted that little research has been conducted upon the analysis of the study logs that are obtained. In addition, there is no software that traces the mouse movements of learners during their learning processes, which the authors believe would enable teachers to better understand their students’ behaviors.

The purpose of reservoir characterisation is to fi gure out the spatial distribution of petrophysical properties such as porosity, permeability and water saturation that are key parameters for construction of the geological model. Characterisation of a carbonate reservoir is often diffi cult mainly due to the complexity of its pore system. This study presents an integrated approach to using well log and micro-geological data to characterise rock fabrics and their pore system for a carbonate reservoir in the HR structure.
