Endometrial cancer (EC) is a major gynecological cancer with increasing incidence. It comprises four molecular subtypes with differing etiology, prognoses, and responses to chemotherapy. In the future, clinical trials testing new single agents or combination therapies will be targeted to the molecular subtype most likely to respond.

Ehlers–Danlos syndrome is a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of heritable connective tissue disorders caused by a defect in collagen synthesis and structure. The vascular subtype (Ehlers–Danlos syndrome IV) is reported to be associated with a higher incidence of gastrointestinal perforations.

The incidence of breast cancer (BC) in Thailand has been rising at an alarming rate. The annual incidence of BC in Thailand has doubled over a span of 15 years. A retrospective study was conducted with the primary objective of assessing and comparing survival rates of patients with BC, stratified by subtype of BC.

Vulvar squamous cell carcinoma (VSCC) is an uncommon gynecologic malignancy but with an increasing incidence in recent years. Etiologically, VSCC is classifed into two subtypes: HPV-dependent and HPV-independent. Localized VSCC is treated surgically and/or with radiation therapy, but for advanced, metastatic or recurrent disease, therapeutic options are still limited.

The distribution of lymphoma subtypes differs strikingly by geographic variations. However, there is limited information on this research in northern Iran. This study aims to evaluate the incidence, subtype, age, sex, and extranodal distribution of lymphomas diagnosed according to the latest WHO classification in a large referral center in northwest Iran.

Incidence and risk factors for seizures among women with advanced breast cancer (BC) and brain metastases are not well characterized across treatment-related or clinical subtypes. This study leveraged a large realworld dataset to describe incidence and risk factors for seizures in BRCA-associated metastatic breast cancer.

Pneumoconiosis refers to a class of serious diseases threatening the health of workers exposed to coal or silicosis dust. However, the burden of pneumoconiosis is unavailable in China. Incident cases, deaths, and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) from pneumoconiosis and its subtypes in China were estimated from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 using a Bayesian meta-regression method.

MCL (mantle cell lymphoma) is a rare subtype of NHL (non-Hodgkin lymphoma) with mostly poor prognosis. Different races have different etiology, presentation, and progression patterns. Racial differences exist among MCL patients in the U.S. in terms of patients’ characteristics, incidence, and survival. More extended data collection and analysis are needed to more comprehensively describe and understand the racial differences.

Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecologic cancer in women, and the incidence of EC has increased by about 1% per year in the U. S over the last 10 years. Although 5-year survival rates for early-stage EC are around 80%, certain subtypes of EC that lose nuclear hormone receptor (NHR) expression are associated with poor survival rates.
