Suggestions for enhancing quality

In this article, the author proposed a Post-Filtering (PF), which based on the properties of considered recording environment DOA to enhance the speech quality of target speaker and reduce the other non-target speaker at the opposite direction. Experimental results were verified in real scenario with dialogue between two speakers, which stand opposite direction, and show the effectiveness of the suggested PF when compared with the author’s previous work.

This study enhances the understanding of imperfect factor markets by examining the impact of country-level factors on takeover location decisions and the gains to target firms. The results suggest that the likelihood that a completed deal is a cross-border acquisition rather than a domestic acquisition is higher for target countries with lower government quality, weaker investor protection, stronger restrictions on capital mobility, lower corporate tax rates, and more depreciated currencies.

This article identifies the factors that affect the auditor independence in financial statements audit in Vietnam at present, so there are some suggestions to improve the quality of financial statements audit. Using a questionnaire instrument, Viet Nam interested parties’ perceptions of the influence on auditor independence of a large set of 26 factors are elicited. Most factors have a significant influence on independence perceptions for all groups.

The study was conducted among certified organic farmers of Tamil Nadu. A sample size of 180 organic farmers was selected from the districts of Coimbatore, Erode and Tiruppur districts of Tamil Nadu. Construction and operation of the sanitary landfill sites were also included in the contract for the safe final disposal of solid waste. BCS class III drugs suffer from a drawback of low permeability even though they have high aqueous solubility. The objective of current work was to screen the suitability of glyceryl monooleate (GMO)/Pluronic F127 cubic phase liquid crystals precursors for permeation enhancement and in turn the bioavailability of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF), a BCS class III drug. Spray-drying method was used for preparation of TDF loaded liquid crystal precursors (LCP) consisting of GMO/Pluronic F127 and lactose monohydrate with an ability to in situ transform into stable cubic phases upon hydration.
