The Village Law provides an opportunity for villages so that Village Owned Enterprise can be one of the tools of the struggle for economic improvement and welfare though the sustainable supply chain. The challenges of the establishment and business development of Village-Owned Enterprise are increasingly complex. This is because not all villages in Indonesia are ready with adequate human resources in making village regulations, looking for business opportunities, being administrators, making reports and implementing Village-Owned Enterprise supply chain management.

The important issue is how to manage oil revenues while taking into account the welfare of future generations as a foundation of sustainable development. This paper examines the relationship between energy consumption and sustainable economic welfare in Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. Initially, the index of sustainable economic welfare (ISEW) is calculated followed by an investigation of the relationship between energy consumption and sustainable economic welfare in these countries. The calculation of the ISEW reveals the most important beneficial component and the most important cost component of ISEW is adjusted personal consumption and energy depletion, respectively.

The conservation efforts by Kadilangu community have produced the enhancement of mangrove forest areas, however the utilization of mangrove forest by people around was limited. The conservation effort was analyzed descriptively based on Indonesia Government Rule Number 5 in 1990 and Number 32 in 2004. To make the conservation effort sustainable, it needs to develop community-based ecotourism (CBET) at Kadilangu mangrove forest, so as they can utilize mangrove forest benefits.
