Sustainable development is an irreversible trend today. Many countries have established trade barriers based on sustainability criteria. The wood processing industry plays an increasingly important role in Vietnam’s economy. Hanoi city hosts approximately 3,000 businesses engaged in wood processing. Following the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses continue to confront intense price competition. This has resulted in heightened demand for improving job performance to reduce the overall cost of production.

This paper proposes an approach to sustainable human resource management that examines the intersection of workplace spirituality, employee well-being, and their intention to continue working, even when financial needs are met. The study surveyed 595 managers and employees across various sectors in Vietnam and found a positive relationship between workplace spirituality and employee well-being.

The purpose of paper "Le biomimétisme: Une source d'inspiration pour le management des ressources humaines d’une entreprise de tourisme" is to examine how tourism companies can draw inspiration from the animal world, and in particular from the biomimicry of ants, in order to improve theirs human resources management. Indeed, the social system of insects has certain characteristics, such as an enhanced communication capacity and a collective intelligence, that are required for a proper management of the human resources of tourist companies that have a sustainability perspective.
