This research aims to prove the SMEs competency and business environment have to impact to performance, with motivation, as intervening. It uses SEM-PLS as a method in testing the hypothesis and quantitative with the explanatory method. To collect data, a questionnaire used for 100 SMEs taken as a sample in Bogor Regency. The result of this research is that only SMEs competency and motivation has a direct impact on performances, the business environment needs to be intervened by motivation.

Present study is ascertain to elaborate the role of green supply chain management towards the suppliers’ performance. Further, the role of social capital as a potential mediator is also explored in the Thai business to business (B2B) context. Data was collected by using the survey questionnaires. Different statistical tests for measurement model and hypothesis testing respectively. Findings highlighted that suppliers’ performance both in environmental and operational terms improves due to the GSCM practices.

The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression. The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant. This understandable because each online store has different system and procedure that incovenience for consumers.

This research aims at analyzing the influence of innovation on the performance of organizations with reference to healthcare industry. The influence on organizational performance by SC efficiency, supplier cooperation, innovation, and quality management practices (QM) has been shown by the research model. The structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesis and proposed research model. The data was collected from about 243 hospitals. It has been supported by the results that there is positive association between SC innovation constructs and organizational performance.

As a standard research instrument, it was used as the data collection was used as the data collection, which was distributed to the managers or supervisors of retail shops.
