As a part of Vietnam higher education, vocational training is critical to improve the quality of labour force. The primary objective of vocational colleges is to meet the labor market’s demands in terms of quantity, quality, occupation structure and training level, reaching that of developed countries in the ASEAN region and the world.

Pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan) is a often cross-pollinated, diploid, grain. It is the fourth most important food legume in the world after dry bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), field pea (Pisum sativum) and chickpea (Cicer arientinum L.) The present study on marketing cost, marketing margin and price spread of pigeonpea was conducted in Latur market. For the present study different marketing channels, marketing margins, price spread and producers share in consumer’s rupee were calculated. The study was conducted for the year 2017-2018 in Latur market.

Groundnut (Arachis hypogea L.,) is one of the world’s important crops, ranking fifth in oil production. Groundnut seed is a rich food source providing quality vegetable oil (48%-50%), protein (26%-28%), dietary fibre, minerals and vitamins. Total world production of Groundnut was 47 million tonnes from 27 million hectares. In Andhra Pradesh Groundnut is cultivated in 7.35 lakh hectares with 10.43 lakh tonnes production and 1426 kg/ha productivity. The Groundnut area of YSR district is decreasing and same trend reflected in production and productivity also.

All kind of crops can be produced in India with low cost labour availability and environment suitability for quality, vigorous and bold seed production, for domestic and export market which will not only save foreign exchange instead earn it besides empowering rural poor with skill, generate employment and income. High quality seed production and export is the best choice. In future, the seed sector is expected to be active and dynamic with hybrid varieties developed indigenously for domestic markets and commercial farmer.

Consumer-price inflation in the EU is projected to remain relatively high in 2012 (2.7%), inter alia due to the impact of fiscal measures, but is expected to abate gradually over the forecast horizon, averaging 2.0% and 1.8% in 2013 and 2014 respectively (see Graph I.2).
