The cantilever quality factor has values in the range of 190 to 505, depending on the length and resonant mode. The mass-sensitivity increases when the cantilever length decreases and reaches the highest value of 37.6 Hz/pg for the 100-µm-long cantilever. Highmode vibration was successfully exhibited for the higher mass-detection sensitivity.

In this study, gallium and hydrogen co-doped ZnO (HGZO) thin films were investigated. The films were deposited by sputtering from Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) ceramic target in hydrogen and argon plasma. The as-deposited HGZO films possess enhanced electron mobility of 48.6 cm2 /Vs as compared to that of 39.4 cm2 /Vs of GZO films, sputtered from the same target. Because of insignificant variation in crystallinity, this improvement is attributed to roles of hydrogen in crystalline lattice structure of the films.

The thin film PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) - bromocresol green (∼15µm) dosimeter was made for the applications in radiation technology. It’s parameters before and after gamma irradiation have been studied using optical spectrometer UV-VIS JASCO-V-350 and film densitometer X-Rite Model 301. The results show that the specific wavelength of thin film is ∼ 625nm and the sensitivity of thin film dosimeter is ∼ 0.013 × 10−3 Gy−1 in the dose range from 1 kGy to 140 kGy. The dose response function of dosimeter was clearly described by the theory of energy transfer model.

In this work, the BLT thin films were fabricated on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si substrates by using a solution process, and then their features including crystal structure, surface morphology, and electrical properties were characterized by using X-ray diffraction system (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electrical measurement system (Radiant Precision LC 10), respectively.

The results show that the best ITO films have electrical resistivity of 2.6 × 10-3 Ω.cm and transparency higher than 90 %, which strongly supports to the application of electrode in solar cell, LED or transistor devices from viewpoints of low-cost production and low-energy consumption.
