TOE model

This study is conducted to build an assessment scale on stakeholders' readiness level to apply blockchain technology to the agricultural supply chain. By referencing the theoretical model of Technology - Organization - Environment (TOE) combined with the qualitative research step, the study proposed a new scale with 65 observed items and 18 factors. Next, the study carries out a quantitative research step based on the case of the pork supply chain in Hue.

Several recommendations for businesses to increase the adoption of blockchain technology have been proposed in this study with the aim of improving work efficiency. The study has reinforced previous studies and developed a model for applying blockchain technology in logistics enterprises in Vietnam. The authors hope that their findings will contribute to logistics management and provide valuable information for future research in this field.

. In the pile-soil model, the lateral load is located at the pile head including both lateral force and bending moment. The single pile is considered as a beam on elastic foundation while shear beams model the soil column below the pile toe. The differential equations governing pile deflections are derived based on the energy principles and variational approaches.

The method applied for data analysis was partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). It was found that perceived direct benefits of fintech had a significant effect on fintech adoption. Counter-intuitively, the perceived cost of fintech adoption was not a significant factor in fintech adoption.

This paper aims to investigate the determinants of knowledge management (KM) adoption on organizational and individual level, as well as its impact on non-financial performance through an intermediary of organizational learning (“OL”). The KM adoption model was constructed by using a combination of TOE (Technology, Organizational and Environment) for the organizational level and TPE (Technology, Personal, and Environmental) framework for the individual level; this we called the TOPE (Technology, Personal, Organizational, and Environment) framework.

Toe erosion, especially in stormy conditions, is one of the common mechanism causing the failure and instability of the sea dikes and revetments. The erosion intensity becomes more serious at the beaches which is under the impacts of typhoons. Reliable forecasts about the intensity of toe erosion of sea dikes in stormy conditions have important ecnomomic and technical meaning in the design and construction of sea dikes.
